am pissed off because i was summoned for a checkup at 9am. 9:15 another person suddenly swanned in and got called first! went to reception and they told me i was scheduled for 9:40, not 9am as printed on my card!
stupid woman could have told me when i arrived. she admitted as much, but the fault was not hers. some other idiot in back office with no regard for other people's lives writes the cards...
