We had an amazing day yesterday:
An Asian foodie - tour through NYC by a soon-to-be master chef from Conneticut.
Truly Asia is in Manhattan!
After a triple decker-style brunch (yes, we are talking three-tiered sandwiches here) we toured Chinatown, snacking on pao (sweet pork in a bun) and dim sum. Delicious.
Having stuffed ourselve to the brim, we sat back and giggled at the gold uniforms of the waiters (which incidentially matched the carpet). Then on we rolled to K-Town (K for Korea). Off to sample some of the best fried chicken ever!
Copious amounts of yogurt sogu cocktails took away the sting of those foolish enough to try the chilli chicken drumsticks. We are happy little Buddhas.
Pictures will follow once I find the cable for the camera (check the link right).
