Somw things are not meant to be understood:
Why a promising employee has to leave without apparent reason or replacement.
2 weeks before the trial period is up: "Your personality does not fit our corporate culture"
I feel for her because I know how much she liked the job and wanted to stay.
They probably found someone else... Most likely in another department.
It is illogical because she was doing a good job and noone saw it coming.
Makes me wonder if I am a good fit for their culture?
Not exactly a reassuring thought!
