Was told that the Swiss Key Account Management was best in class in the whole DACH (Germany, Austria & CH) region. Did I get a shock! ;-)

We had our image show in Lausanne yesterday. Invited new & existing customers under the motto: discover our "universe". Went really well, everyone (customers) were pleased, now all we have to do is pick the ripe fruit... I'll be spending a lot of time in Lausanne...
